Your Healthcare Team

Hannah, Clinic Manager

I’ve been with Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital since the very beginning (10 whole years!) So I’ve been fortunate enough to “grow-up" with the clinic. From helping at the front desk, nursing patients in the back, assisting in acupuncture appointments and now having the title of Clinic Manager. I guess you could say I've done a little bit of everything!

I graduated from my Veterinary Hospital Assistant course in 2011 in Kelowna, BC. Since then I’ve been given the opportunity to further expand my knowledge by taking the Advanced Natural Animal Nutrition online course through the Centre for Integrative Veterinary Therapies, as well as the Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine for Technicians course at the Chi Institute. These days I'm usually running around the clinic doing "managerial" duties, but I do still enjoy a good chat about nutrition and holistic care options!

My golden oldie boy has since passed (Marles Barkley - I miss him dearly!) who is the cutie in some of the photos you still see around the clinic. These days my fur family consists of my two rescues, Auggie the dog & Jorge the cat! Who are both their own versions of medical mysteries. (But hey, I work at a vet clinic so.. it makes sense?!) When I’m not busy at work I like to spend my free time exploring the beautiful Okanagan with friends (in all seasons), enjoying the lovely little patios and city life of downtown Kelowna - and having lazy Sunday afternoons with my little fur-gremlins watching Netflix, listening to podcasts or reading a good book!

Christine, Clinical Team Leader

I have always found myself drawn to animals and after working in human healthcare and dog daycares for many years, I found my place with the Pandosy Vet family in 2016. In the clinic, you'll find me leading the back staff, assisting in surgical prep, and performing our therapeutic laser treatments. I have a special interest in all things holistically minded and love to work with our doctors to help find the right treatment for your pets.

In my spare time, I love to travel, hike, and spend time with my tiny rescue chihuahua, Milo.

Ashley, Registered Veterinary Technician

Originally from White Rock, I started in the veterinary field in 2010 and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2014. On the coast I worked in a few small animal practices as well as emergency clinics before my husband and I moved to Kelowna and I joined the Pandosy team in March 2019. I have a special interest in Nutrition and love diving into consultations and custom recipes.

When not working I love hiking, camping, and off-roading with our Indian street dog, Rhee, and our Silken Windhound, Nelson. When I’m at home, you can find me cuddling the cats, Freya and Theodore, or curled up with a good book.

Tia, Veterinary Assistant

Animals of all kinds have always been a huge part of my life, so when the opportunity arose to combine my love for pets, interest in medicine, and passion for photography at Pandosy Vet, I couldn’t see myself doing anything else! Since 2019 I’ve been behind the scenes at our clinic, snuggling surgical patients, assisting the doctors, talking to new puppy parents, and most recently- creating our social media content! I have a special interest in behaviour training, and love to see puppy parents succeed in raising their new best friend!

Outside of the clinic, I can be found competing in disc competitions with my Australian Shepherd Juniper, hiking with my Duck Toller Tadpole, training with my new puppy Flyte or pursuing my love for pet photography!

Anna, Registered Veterinary Technician

I spent my childhood in Germany and was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time on my grandparents’ farm surrounded by many different animals.  I knew very early on that i wanted to spend my life caring for all things furry, feathery, scaly and everything in between. I graduated from Douglas College in 2014 and have been working as a Registered Veterinary Technician ever since.

After graduation I decided to split my time between Germany and Canada and was able to experience a wide range of veterinary practices working in the two countries.Having settled in Kelowna now, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking and  exploring the Okanagan with my Terrier Mix Kosmo and Jack Russel Terrier Vinny.

Meghan, Pharmacy & Front Desk

Cass, Registered Veterinary Technician

Kelowna has been my home since before I can remember, but I headed to the beautiful city of Kamloops to complete my RVT schooling at Thompson Rivers University, and graduated in 2020 to come right back here! I have worked in the vet industry for many years, but joined the Pandosy family to learn more about integrative medicines after seeing my perfect kitty Franny benefit immensely from acupuncture and laser therapy! I love all animals, but cats have a special place in my heart.

In my spare time, you can find me curled up with a good book with my Scottish Fold, Franny.

Jodie, Veterinary Assistant

After travelling the world and working in Europe, I have decided to call Kelowna home. I joined the family at Pandosy Vet after they aligned with my ideals of holistic pet care and alternative therapies. After leaving the industry for a while, I am happy to be back and working with a fantastic team in a family owned clinic.

When not at the clinic, I enjoys hikes, theatre, outdoor sports and hanging with my dog aka The Menace!

Cait, Front Desk

I originally started my Pandosy Village journey as a client! When researching a clinic for my puppy in 2017, I loved the holistic perspective, friendly staff and overall vibe of the clinic. Five years later, I had the opportunity to join the Pandosy Village team and couldn't resist the chance to see how it would go! I've always loved animals and helping people, so working at the clinic is perfect fit. I have a special interest in Animal Nutrition and enjoy any opportunity to further my knowledge.

When I'm not working, you can find me hiking, camping or curled up on the couch with my Hound Mix, Nebbiolo.

Alex, Front Desk & Vet Assistant

I am originally from Calgary, AB where I represented Team Canada at the 2014 Paralympics. After retiring from sport I pursued diplomas in both Water Engineering Technology and Veterinary Hospital Assistant. I have a passion for the weird and wonderful in the natural world. I love cats and currently get my fix volunteering with a local cat rescue.

In my free time you can find me building aquariums and terrariums or out enjoying the sunshine!
